MOLD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
JOB SUMMARY:
TH Plastics Inc. a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Bowling Green Ohio Molding Division.
JOB OVERVIEW:
Responsible for maintaining any tools with preventative maintenance and repair. Provide a support function for manufacturing and maintenance.
WORK SCHEDULE:
- 2ndShift 3:00PM 11:20PM
- 3rd Shift 11:00PM - 7:20AM

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Journeyman level machinist or mold technician equivalent experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Must be self-motivated work well independently and have excellent time management skills
- Minimum 3-5 years experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in Injection Molding is a plus
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to work with all members of the team
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively be able to perform general and major mold maintenance.
- Confirm that the completion of mold storage and requirements have been met and maintained.
- Complete preventative maintenance on molds and documentation of the PM.
- Effectively work with metal and non-metals.
- Interpret blue prints schematics and symbols.
- Understand basic mechanics lubricants bearing pumps and power transmission equipment.
