Were looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Administrator & Security Manager to own the security design governance and day-to-day operations of our Oracle Fusion environment. Youll ensure system integrity optimize performance and lead role-based security across Financials HCM SCM and other moduleswhile partnering closely with IT Finance HR and Internal Audit.

What Youll Do

• Administer and support Oracle Fusion Cloud across production test and development.
• Manage quarterly updates testing deployments and system performance.
• Design and maintain secure RBAC models roles privileges and SoD controls.
• Oversee user provisioning access reviews and security incident resolution.
• Support audits compliance testing and remediation of security risks.
• Streamline processes and drive workflow efficiency across teams.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years administering Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong hands-on experience with Fusion Security (roles data security SoD).
• Excellent communication documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work non-traditional hours when needed.

Nice to Have

• Oracle Fusion certifications.
• Experience with IDM SSO or IAM integrations.
• Background supporting Financials and/or HCM.
• Experience in multi-entity or complex environments.
