Shift: 812 Hour Shifts
Schedule: As per facility needs (including holiday coverage)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care and provide clinical leadership in a long-term care (LTC) setting. This role involves overseeing daily nursing operations ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a compassionate resident-centered care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership supervision and support to nursing and clinical staff
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and coordinate individualized care plans
• Administer and oversee medications treatments and accurate documentation
• Ensure adherence to clinical policies procedures and regulatory standards
• Support infection control safety protocols and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in MDS/RAI assessments and care planning processes as assigned
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Promote person-centered care including dementia-sensitive approaches
• Assist with staffing coordination and efficient resource utilization

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of long-term care or relevant nursing experience
• Experience with PointClickCare (preferred)
• Familiarity with MDS/RAI processes (preferred)
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team-oriented environment
