Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care and provide clinical leadership in a long-term care (LTC) setting. This role involves overseeing daily nursing operations ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a compassionate resident-centered care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership supervision and support to nursing and clinical staff
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and coordinate individualized care plans
- Administer and oversee medications treatments and accurate documentation
- Ensure adherence to clinical policies procedures and regulatory standards
- Support infection control safety protocols and quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in MDS/RAI assessments and care planning processes as assigned
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Promote person-centered care including dementia-sensitive approaches
- Assist with staffing coordination and efficient resource utilization
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of long-term care or relevant nursing experience
- Experience with PointClickCare (preferred)
- Familiarity with MDS/RAI processes (preferred)
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team-oriented environment
