Job duties:
- Supervise patient care
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care
- Complete all documents timely including Oasis 485 order submission
- Supervise orient and teach other clinical personnel when needed
- Assure compliance with local state and federal laws including problem resolution complaint investigation
Requirements:
- Current Arkansas Registered Nurse (RN) license & CPR certification required
- Minimum of one to two years psych experience
- Compassionate Psychiatric RN with great time management skills
- Professional knowledge and experience indicating an adequate understanding of diagnoses and treatments of mental disorder and medication side effects/effects
- Previous Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
