Role Summary

The EMEA AI Engagement Lead is responsible for accelerating AI adoption across strategic customers by ensuring effective engagement ofCustomer Success (CSM)andCS&D AI Adoption teams.

The role acts as acritical activation and readiness layer bridging AI sales opportunities with structured adoption execution ensuring that AI deals translate intoreal usage consumption and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Adoption Activation & Engagement

  • Ensure timely and effective engagement ofCSM and CS&D AI Adoption teamsacross strategic AI opportunities

  • Drive clarity onwho engages when and whyacross the customer lifecycle (pre-sales activation scaling)

  • Prevent gaps betweensold activated and consumed AI solutions

2. AI Adoption Cadence & Readiness

  • Actively contribute toregional and global AI Adoption cadence forums

  • Provide forward-looking visibility onpipeline and upcoming AI opportunities requiring adoption support

  • Proactively align the rightCSM and CS&D resourcesahead of deal closure

  • Connect pipeline insights withadoption capacity and readiness planning

3. Customer Value Assurance

  • Conduct regular check-ins withstrategic customersto validate whether delivered adoption services meet expectations

  • Ensure adoption services deliverintended outcomes and business value

  • Capture feedback and identifygaps or improvement opportunities early

4. Enablement & Capability Building

  • Support and contribute tointernal AI adoption enablement workshops and update sessions

  • Share best practices use cases and lessons learned withCSM CS&D and field teams

  • Help scale adoption by reinforcingpractical field-ready engagement approaches

Operating Model & Key Interfaces

  • Work closely withEMEA CSM and CS&D AI Adoption teams & SPOCsas the core adoption engine

  • Ensure alignment betweenSales CSM and CS&Dto drive seamless AI activation

  • Act as thebridge between pipeline visibility and adoption execution readiness

  • Participate inEMEA and global AI Adoption cadence structures

  • Maintain adirect feedback loop with strategic customers

Success Metrics

  • IncreasedAI adoption and activation ratesacross strategic accounts

  • Growth inAI consumption (AI Units)

  • Reduced time fromdeal closure to value realization

  • Improvedcustomer satisfaction with adoption services

  • Strong alignment acrossSales CSM and CS&D teams

Profile & Experience

  • Experience inAI Data Cloud or Enterprise Transformation environments

  • Proven ability tomobilize and activate CSM and delivery organizations (CS&D)without direct authority

  • Strong stakeholder management acrossSales Customer Success and Delivery teams

  • Experience working incadence-driven environments translating pipeline insights into execution readiness

  • Customer-facing mindset with the ability toassess value realization and challenge constructively

  • Passion forenablement and knowledge sharing translating AI into practical business impact

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel up to50% across EMEA
