HR EXECUTIVE


Role Purpose:

  • Responsible for the administration and effective execution of monthly payroll statutory contribution and annual individual tax reporting.

  • Provide full support for payroll processing roster change employee queries government grant verification budget/forecast for personnel cost HR reporting annual closing for payroll leave and attendance management.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Administer payroll processing and provide payroll support which includes but not limited to handling payroll processing activities (yearly / monthly runs) such as:

  • i) Prepare payment transaction in payroll system (such as monthly recurring allowances and one-time payments);

  • ii) Reconcile monthly payroll cost movement headcount movement and generation of bank files for payment;

  • iii) Prepare final settlement of resigned employees and tax clearance (IR21);

  • iv) Prepare annual Director Cost related documents

  • Administer and process HR-related benefits.

  • Address payroll queries covering topics such as payroll computation attendance and benefits.

  • Manage payroll / maintenance which includes assisting in roster changes odd clocking overtime submission changes leave application and delegation etc. and managing functional update of the HR and benefit systems.

  • Prepare / generate HR reports which includes manpower-related reports such as bonuses provision annual leave provision personnel cost simulation retrenchment package etc.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in HR Business Administration or related field

  • 2-3 years experience in HR operations and payroll in a manufacturing environment

  • Prior experience in working with an established HR information system (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors) is a strong plus

  • Excellent communication skills digitally savvy and reliable in action

  • Ability to listen request and accept feedback

  • Good problem solver can-do attitude and able to learn and adapt quickly
