Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and skilledLead HV Electrical Engineer to join our team on a 12-month renewable contract in The Netherlands.
In this role youll leverage your expertise to design and manage advanced electrical systems for cutting-edgeMCF and data centre projectsacross the globe. Your skills in3D/BIM modellingpower supply design andcritical infrastructurewill play a vital part in ensuring the security and efficiency of data centres worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical work packagesacross multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Define project scope design and management objectives while ensuring smooth communication with contractors vendors and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare technical specifications and reports.
- Assist in project cost management risk assessments and vendor evaluations.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure continuous professional growth.
- Review contractor pre-qualifications and contribute to tender evaluations.
- Represent infactory acceptance tests site testing and commissioning activities.
- Communicate the status of projects to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Your Expertise:
- Power Supply Systems: Design and manage power supplies ranging from5V DC to 150kV substations including all distribution storage and uninterruptible power supplies.
- Security Installations: Work on critical installations related tofire protection intrusion protection and access control ensuring maximum security for data centres.
- Live Data Centres: Youll be working in live data centres managing risk assessments testing and commissioning protocols.
