About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow developer to join our growing this role you will play a key part in supporting and enhancing our Financial Services Operations (FSO)platform ensuring high performance stability and scalability. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions that drive business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Support maintain and extend existing FSO platformfunctionality within ServiceNow.
Design configure and implement new features and enhancements aligned with
business requirements.
Collaborate with scoped app teams to manage integrations plug-ins and third-party
solutions.
Contribute to ServiceNow software release cyclesby delivering configuration tasks
and features
Troubleshoot resolve and document incident ticketsrelated to the ServiceNow
platform and hosted applications.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices coding standards and platform
governance.
Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning reviews and
retrospectives.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experiencein ServiceNow implementations and development.
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and must be able to verify.
Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) and must be able to verify.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data structures scripting (JavaScript Glide)and UI policies.
Preferred Qualifications
4 yearsof in-depth experience in ServiceNow implementations ideally within the
financial services domain.
Certified ServiceNow Implementerin Customer Service Management (CSM)and/or
Financial Services Operations (FSO).
Experience with ServiceNow integrations including REST/SOAP APIs and third-party
systems.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologiesand DevOps practices.
Excellent communication problem-solving and analytical skills.
