About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow developer to join our growing this role you will play a key part in supporting and enhancing our Financial Services Operations (FSO)platform ensuring high performance stability and scalability. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions that drive business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support maintain and extend existing FSO platformfunctionality within ServiceNow.
- Design configure and implement new features and enhancements aligned with
- business requirements.
- Collaborate with scoped app teams to manage integrations plug-ins and third-party
- solutions.
- Contribute to ServiceNow software release cyclesby delivering configuration tasks
- and features
- Troubleshoot resolve and document incident ticketsrelated to the ServiceNow
- platform and hosted applications.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices coding standards and platform
- governance.
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning reviews and
- retrospectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experiencein ServiceNow implementations and development.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and must be able to verify.
- Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) and must be able to verify.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data structures scripting (JavaScript Glide)and UI policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4 yearsof in-depth experience in ServiceNow implementations ideally within the
- financial services domain.
- Certified ServiceNow Implementerin Customer Service Management (CSM)and/or
- Financial Services Operations (FSO).
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations including REST/SOAP APIs and third-party
- systems.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologiesand DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and analytical skills.
