按时完成生产任务并积极协助产线安全效率质量方面的提升改善工作

Key Responsibilities: (Bullets)

  • 懂关键组件的组装能执行产品组装培训及特殊机型培训
  • 懂仪器设备的基本原理具备一定的图纸阅读能力能协助生产中遇到的故

障分析及解决方案

  • 具备出色的动手能力能熟练调整生产夹具按维护WI要求严格执行仪器设备夹具和治具的维保工作
  • 能独立完成不良品/返修品/样品验证工作
  • 遵守公司相关SOP发现产品质量隐患时参与调查并向工程师反应直至问题解决
  • 协助NCR(不良材料报告)处理帮助判断不良类型准确描述不良品存在的缺陷
  • 能熟练使用Office软件(Word/Excel)
  • 能协助工程师执行ECO提供相应的反馈如执行后第一台产品序列号等
  • 积极协助精益产线持续改进不断提高生产效率

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)

  • be good at task execution具备出色的执行能力
  • Be diligent strict on production work认真严肃的工作精神
  • > 3 years above experience in manufacturing environment as technician or similar;三年以上相关工作经验

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria: (Bullet 3-5 key quantifiable skills or position requirements that the candidate must have to be considered for this position.)

  • At least 3 years working experience in production department 至少具备三年以上生产部门工作经验
  • Good skill on PC office software outlook etc 能熟练使用电脑及常规办公软件
