*Job Title Title I Reading Intervention Teacher

Job Type Description
The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching reading within the Federal Program of Title I in grades 6-8. The successful applicant will support personalized learning perform reading intervention perform progress monitoring on at-risk students and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary Schedule
Berkeley Co. Teacher Pay Scale based on degree level and verified years of experience

Specialized Skills
The successful applicant must be certified in Reading (Masters Degree) and hold WV teacher certification inSecondary English or Elementary Education for grades 6-8. Preference given to candidates with reading intervention experience.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and demonstrate the knowledge and ability to be a qualified and effective candidate for the vacancy.

Holds or can obtain WV teacher certification in elementary education K-6 or Multi-subjects English
