Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Albuquerque New Mexico. The LPN will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians ensuring comfort safety and well-being for patients across a variety of care settings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs administering medications and assisting with daily living activities
Observe and report changes in patients conditions to the healthcare team
Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation
Support physicians and registered nurses during examinations and procedures
Educate patients and families on health conditions treatments and post-care instructions
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations safety standards and infection control protocols
Maintain a clean organized and safe patient care environment
Requirements

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred but not required
Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
