Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
Schedule
- 3 days per week
- 12-hour shifts
- Day/Night shifts (variable)
- Approximately 40 hours per week

Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient-centered care in a Long-Term Care setting. The RN will be responsible for managing resident care coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans and facility protocols
- Conduct ongoing resident assessments and develop implement and evaluate care plans
- Administer medications treatments and clinical interventions safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to clinical changes appropriately
- Collaborate with physicians LPNs CNAs and interdisciplinary teams
- Lead patient rounds and address resident and family concerns
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Maintain compliance with long-term care regulations and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (required)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)
Preferred Qualifications
- ACLS certification
- IV Certification
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting
- 02 years of RN experience preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills in LTC/SNF settings
- Leadership ability to supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance standards
- Effective communication teamwork and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail in documentation and medication administration
- Compassionate patient-centered approach to care
