Navitas Healthcare LLC is a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient-centered care in a Long-Term Care setting. The RN will be responsible for managing resident care coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans and facility protocols
Conduct ongoing resident assessments and develop implement and evaluate care plans
Administer medications treatments and clinical interventions safely and accurately
Monitor resident conditions and respond to clinical changes appropriately
Collaborate with physicians LPNs CNAs and interdisciplinary teams
Lead patient rounds and address resident and family concerns
Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
Maintain compliance with long-term care regulations and safety standards
Required Qualifications
Completion of an accredited Nursing program (ADN or BSN)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (required)
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)
Preferred Qualifications
ACLS certification
IV Certification
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting
02 years of RN experience preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills in LTC/SNF settings
Leadership ability to supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
Knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance standards
Effective communication teamwork and conflict resolution skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail in documentation and medication administration
