Job Summary
Position Title: Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
Location: Globe Arizona
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule
- Night Shift (07:00 PM 07:00 AM)
- 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
- 36 hours guaranteed per week
- On-call requirement: 24-hour call shifts may be required
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per assignment
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is an Experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise the ability to manage critical situations and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries
- Perform rapid patient assessments triage and prioritize care based on severity
- Administer medications treatments and IV therapies as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
- Assist in trauma cases resuscitations and critical care interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech 6.0 EMR system
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies protocols and safety standards
- Float to other units within scope of competency as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Experience with Meditech 6.0 EMR system
