Position Title: Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

Location: Globe Arizona
Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule

• Night Shift (07:00 PM 07:00 AM)
• 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• 36 hours guaranteed per week
• On-call requirement: 24-hour call shifts may be required
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per assignment

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is an Experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise the ability to manage critical situations and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries
• Perform rapid patient assessments triage and prioritize care based on severity
• Administer medications treatments and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
• Assist in trauma cases resuscitations and critical care interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech 6.0 EMR system
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies protocols and safety standards
• Float to other units within scope of competency as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Experience with Meditech 6.0 EMR system
