As Director of Account Management you will lead a team of top-performing Account Managers responsible for deepening customer relationships driving retention and accelerating expansion across our platform.
You willoperateas a strategic partner to executive leadership shaping how we engage our customers unlock value and scale long-term growth.
This role is equal parts leader operator and strategist-owning a meaningful book of business building a world-class team and elevating how we deliver outcomes for our customers.

Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Lead and scale a high-performance team of strategic sales-oriented Account Managers
- Drive retention and expansion outcomes including cross-sell and upsell
- Strengthen executive-level customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Professional Services Product and Marketing
- Own operational rigor including forecasting team structure and performance metrics
- Ensure strong customer outcomes including adoption satisfaction and measurable value
- Recruit develop andretaintop talent
- Leverage the installed base to drive referrals and new business opportunities
Qualifications
What You Bring
- Bachelors Degree in a business-related field.
- 10 years of experience in account management sales or customer growth roles
- 5 years leading and scaling high-performing teams
- Proventrack recordof delivering retention and expansion growth
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Experience in complex deal strategy and negotiation
- Operational rigor and forecasting discipline
- Builder mindset with ability to scale teams and drive change
- Insurance or risk management experience preferred
