Job Summary
Job Description
Check the Cosmetic and functional of the finished product before packaging:
Check the Cosmetic: Check finished goods according to SIP
Record the inspection results in the check sheet
Report to superiors when discovering substandard products
Check the functional: Check the product features according to SOP confirm the test results of the ASSY process.
Do IPQC job online ASSY process:
Check IPQC in the ASSY process according to daily frequency record in the inspection check sheet and report to superiors when non-conformities are detected.
Do Packing JOB:
Package the product according to the packaging instructions.
Prepare the components before packaging: Prepare the correct quantity and components as specified in the products Bill of Materials (BOM).
Check the quantity and quality of components during packaging: Record and report assembly results
Confirm packaging labels
