We serve customers from various industries such as aerospace automotive energy medical and robotics. We also offer customized solutions calibration services and training for our products.

We areseekinga motivatedand proactiveProduct Owner for HBKs Customer Identity & Access Platform and inherent MyHBK environment. You willberesponsible fordevelopingmaintaining and prioritizing the team/product backlogtostreamline the execution of program/roadmap priorities whilemaintainingthe conceptual and technical integrity of the platform.

As a Product Owneryou will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliverplatform featuresthat drive operational excellenceand business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy:

  • Define the vision and roadmap forHBKsCustomer Identity & AccessPlatformandMyHBKin alignment with organizational goals and market needs.

  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies industry standards and compliance requirements to shape the platforms future.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersfor CIAM andMyHBK.

  • Collaborate withbusiness stakeholdersand internal teams to understand user needs and translate them into platform features and improvements.

Backlog Management:

  • Create prioritize andmaintainthe product backlogensuring alignment with theproductroadmap and organizational goals.

  • Work closely with development teams to write clear actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

Delivery Oversight:

  • Lead sprint planning reviews and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery of high-value features.

  • Monitor progress resolve roadblocks and ensure product increments meet stakeholder expectationsand security standards

Platform Optimization:

  • Drive enhancements that improvesecurityuser experience scalability and performance.

  • Identifyand implement features thatoptimizeplatformusage reduce costs and improve operational efficiency for platform users.

Performance Tracking:

  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure platform performance adoption and user satisfaction.

  • Use analytics and feedback to prioritize improvements and inform strategicdecisions.

Qualificationsand Skills

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in information technologyEngineeringBusiness Administration orrelatedfield.Equivalentexperiencesmay be considered.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in Project Management preferably inidentity or access management platforms.

  • Strongknowledge ofCIAMmodelsidentitystandardsand protocols: OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect SAML SCIM JWT.

  • Familiarity with security concepts such as MFA adaptive authentication and Zero Trust.

  • Affinity with Microsoft infrastructure specifically Microsoft Entra and Azure.

  • Experience working with enterprise-grade solutions and integrating third-party systems(SalesforceAdobeS4/HANA).

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Ability toidentifyand solve complex problems

  • Leadership mindset with a hands-on attitude

  • Proficiencyin Agile frameworks and tools (e.g. ScrumAzureDevOps).

  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

  • Fluent in English

Certifications (Preferred):

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
