This is CCOs most robust your first year receive our world-class training in evangelization and intentional accompaniment through our Formation program with on-the-ground experience and implementation on the university campus.
Your Formation year begins on Monday May 3rd 2027 at our New Hire Orientation. Summer months are spent in initial training and Support Team Partnership Development (MPD - see job posting and description) after which you report to your position launching the year with a local team orientation and campus outreach. Throughout the campus year you will continue through the Formation program while also working directly with students proclaiming Jesus and accompanying and building leaders for the renewal of the world.
After completing the formation year you may be invited to continue as a CCO Missionary with a 2-year contract.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- All employees of CCO are required to participate in the mission of the New Evangelization within the Catholic Church and work toward the propagation of the Gospel. This includes taking the initiative to lead CCO Catholic Faith studies share the kerygma (through tools like the Ultimate Relationship booklet) and/or participation in the evangelization efforts of CCO including opportunities to participate in CCO Missions.
- The location for this position is to be determined for each successful candidate in accordance with CCOs placements consideration.
- Campus Missionaries receive a monthly salary equivalent to the minimum wage of the province of employment and are based on a 40 hour work week. Salaries increase with years of experience.

- One must be a CCO Missionary. If you are not familiar with any please provide a character reference from someone who can attest to your character and relationship with the Catholic Church (such as a priest or a Church leader).
