Collaborate with the best
As a Manufacturing Professional - Production Supervision in the Massa Shop you will perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line including Service Shops. You will develop an operational year plan for manufacturing activities suggesting improvements in products processes and procedures.

You will be responsible for:

• Executing production according to the appropriate instructions.
• Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products processes and procedures.
• Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
• Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold a bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with validated experience in Manufacturing).
• Show validated experience in Production.
• Display good oral and written communication skills.
• Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Be able to influence others and lead small teams.
• Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Display effective problem identification and solution skills.
• Show confirmed analytical and organizational ability.
• Be available for business trips seldomly
