Job Summary
Trustbridge Hospice a part of Empath Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Director of Patient Care RN to provide clinical and administrative leadership for interdisciplinary hospice this role you will guide patient care delivery across teams and inpatient units ensuring highâquality compassionate services that align with hospice philosophy and regulatory standards. The Director partners closely with physicians supervisors and senior leadership to support collaboration operational excellence and continuous quality improvement.

What Youll do
Provide clinical and administrative leadership for interdisciplinary hospice care teams and assigned inpatient units ensuring consistent delivery of highâquality compassionate care.
Plan direct and coordinate patient care activities while supporting staff performance operational efficiency and a culture of excellence.
Lead and support teams MondayFriday from 8 a.m.5 p.m. at the Ft. Lauderdale office including participation in onâcall responsibilities.
Serve as a key liaison between administration physicians and clinical supervisors to strengthen communication collaboration and team alignment.
Ensure compliance with all federal state and Joint Commission regulatory requirements across care teams and service areas.
Champion quality improvement initiatives and help drive organizational goals in a dynamic fastâpaced environment.

What Youll Need
- RN degree from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Commissionfor Education in Nursing and/or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.
- Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.
- Bachelors Degree required Masters Degree preferred.
- Hospice experience and certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience supervising patient care teams in health care required.
- Works well under stress with deadlines.
