Job Summary

Procurement Excellence Lead

As a global leader in low-carbon energy and services were seeking a Procurement Excellence Lead to join our team and drive innovation in our procurement processes. Summary of what you will do

  • Implement and oversee procurement IS & digital transformation initiatives including the Global Enterprise Transformation (GET) programme
  • Lead the development and implementation of standardized procurement processes ensuring compliance with Group rules and policies
  • Own and manage UK Procurement KPI dashboards and reporting packs for stakeholder meetings
  • Drive sustainability initiatives within procurement to support ENGIEs carbon neutrality ambitions
  • Cultivate effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead communication change management and knowledge sharing activities to foster collaboration and adoption of procurement strategic guidelines

What you will bring to the role

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or business with a Masters degree or CIPS qualification preferred
  • 10 years of functional experience across procurement processes excellence and e-procurement systems
  • Proven track record in establishing and monitoring procurement KPIs and performance dashboards
  • Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within procurement
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in complex data analysis
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in digital tools including ERP systems Advanced Excel Power BI and MS Office applications

Job Based In

London Head Office on a hybrid working arrangement with some requirement to visit the various ENGIE sites.
