About the Role
Were seeking a commercially driven relationship leader to grow and strengthen NAPAs strategic customer network groups across NZ. This is a highly collaborative role working across Branch Regional Marketing and Merchandise teams to deliver sales growth margin performance and increased market share. Youll develop and execute customer group strategies influence multi-site operations and help embed initiatives that support long-term growth. Youll play a key role in aligning stakeholders driving programme engagement and ensuring consistent execution across the network.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow key customer network groups including RDA Brake Service Centre ShockPro and Certified Partners.
Drive sales margin and market share growth across multiple locations
Develop and execute strategic customer group plans aligned to business objectives
Influence and align cross-functional teams to deliver consistent execution
Increase B2B online sales performance and programme engagement
Monitor competitor activity and implement localised growth initiatives
Maintain a structured branch and key customer visit programme
Lead change initiatives and embed best practice ways of working
Whowerelooking for:
Proven experience in multi-site trade network development or large operational environments
Strong influencing capability; able to communicate vision and gain buy-in across diverse stakeholders
Commercially astute with a track record of delivering sales and margin growth
Confident relationship builder with strong communication skills
Experience supporting change initiatives and embedding new ways of working
Strong industry and technical trade knowledge (trade qualification highly regarded)
Self-motivated adaptable and solutions focused
