Micron Technology Inc. 広島FabにおいてPhotoDUV Scannerエリアの装置エンジニアとして量産ラインにおける露光装置の安定稼働性能向上歩留まり改善をリードしていただきます
本ポジションでは露光装置の構造動作原理を深く理解した上で装置起因の異常解析再発防止プロセス安定化を主体的に推進しますプロセスエンジニアFAC品質ベンダー装置メーカーと密に連携し量産環境における品質生産性コストリスクの最適化を担います

職務内容

装置量産安定化

• DUV Scanner装置の構造制御光学系を理解した上での量産装置管理
• 装置稼働率Availability / Productivity向上に向けた改善活動の立案実行
• ベースライン維持ドリフト管理再現性確保に関する技術的リード

トラブルシューティング異常解析

• 装置起因の異常に対する迅速な切り分け原因特定恒久対策
• 故障解析FMEA8D 等の手法を用いた再発防止活動
• 複合要因装置プロセス材料運用を考慮した問題解決

装置プロセス改善

• アライメントフォーカス露光量オーバーレイ等の露光関連パラメータ最適化
• プロセス能力Cp/Cpk向上および製造コスト削減に向けた改善推進
• 装置ソフトウェアアップグレードの計画導入量産リリース対応

立ち上げ評価

• 新規装置改造装置の立ち上げ量産認定Baseline / Release対応
• 新材料新プロセス導入時の装置観点での評価リスク整理
• ベンダーとの技術ディスカッション仕様レビュー課題解決推進

クロスファンクショナル連携

• プロセス品質FACEHSサプライヤーと連携した改善活動
• 品質コストリスク管理目標達成に向けた監査是正対応
  

応募資格

• 理工系学士号または同等の実務経験
• 装置トラブルに対し構造原理に基づいて原因を考え抜ける問題解決力
• 日本語での業務コミュニケーション能力読み書き会話
  

歓迎要件

• Lithography / Photo / DUV Scanner 装置の実務経験
• 半導体製造装置エンジニアとしての実務経験
• 量産Fabにおける装置立ち上げ安定化異常解析の経験
• 装置メーカー例ASML 等との技術折衝共同トラブル対応経験
• FMEASPC8D 等を用いた体系的な改善活動の実践経験
• 英語での業務コミュニケーション能力読み書き会話
