Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab / Electrophysiology (EP)
Location: Glenwood Springs CO
Schedule: Full-Time 4x10-hour shifts
Shift Details: Rotating weekends evenings and on-call coverage
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) to join a high-acuity cardiovascular team. This role involves providing comprehensive peri-procedural care in a modern cardiac catheterization and hybrid lab environment supporting both diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre- intra- and post-procedure nursing care for Cath Lab and EP patients
- Circulate and assist during cardiac and electrophysiology procedures
- Monitor patient status throughout diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Assist with EP studies ablations and vascular interventions
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists and interdisciplinary procedural teams
- Accurately document patient care using Meditech
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols safety standards and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN license or Compact State RN license (required)
- Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab or Electrophysiology nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) AHA
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in vascular interventions or CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room)
