Sr Equipment Engineer, MTC Etch

Position Overview

• Troubleshoot defect and equipment issues using data-driven analysis and root cause methods
• Collect analyze and report tool data to improve performance and reliability
• Design recommend and implement tool repairs modifications and upgrades
• Document procedures excursions and equipment changes
• Train and mentor team members on tool operation and improvements

• Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Hands-on experience with vacuum subsystems on semiconductor process tools such as Etch and CVD in a cleanroom environment
• Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills

• Experience supporting photomask or advanced lithography manufacturing
• Familiarity with defect reduction and yield improvement methodologies
• Experience working directly with equipment vendors
• Ability to lead tool improvements or technology upgrade
