Somnia is seeking a full-time W2 CRNA to join our collegial team at St. Bernardine Medical Center in San Bernardino CA Independent Practice-run your own cases Great case mix including OB Flexible and equitable scheduling Lower cost of living 4-season recreation

CRNA Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: W2- $312000 annually
• 6 weeks PTO
• $20000 commencement bonus
• Up to $10000 relocation allowance-For out-of-area/state relocation (with receipts)

• 10 ORs 2 OB 427 beds L2 Trauma
• 8s 10s 12s 24s available
• CRNAs work independently doing their own cases
• 1055 births/year
• 7388 cases General ortho urology heads neuro peds (limited) OB (100 deliveries a month)

Qualifications:

• Active state license DEA
• NBCRNA certification required
• ACLS PALS BLS
• OB experienced preferred
