Report to: VP Corporate Actions

To provide support to the supervisor / manager in processing corporate events and dividends reconciliation to clients.

Action event maintenance and process

- Gather market information about corporate events and verify the contents with issuers/registrars
- Capture all corporate events announced in the market into GHSS
- Reconcile clients corporate action benefits (securities / cash) received against the entitlements (as per GHSS)- Accurate distribute dividends to client accounts
- Liaise with company registrars / issuing companies for special event types
- Provide support for clients query handling

Prepare monthly billing to domestic clients
- Prepare customized invoices and on-request reports
- Support the timely and accurate preparation of financial data and various reports to FMD

reclaim / Double Tax Treaty (DTT)

- Provide tax statement to CPA firm for clients reclaim of withholding tax
- Provide DTT documents to company registrars / issuing companies for applying tax treaty rate

work and others

- File Management - record retention disposal and stockroom management
- Join System enhancement / UAT and comply with FIM

1. Knowledge of Corporate Action Event types and process
2. Knowledge of SWFIT message types
3. Securities regulations on various corporate events related to FINI investment
4. 大學或以上商學相關系所畢業
5. 具備英文溝通能力
6. 具備證券或投信相關工作經驗尤佳
7. 有相關證券或信託相關執照者優先考慮
8. GPAD covered

1. 需要具備信託業業務人員 (Trust Level 4)
2. 需要完成信託業業務人員信託業務專業測驗
3. 需要具備金融市場常識與職業道德
