As Director Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) you will lead and advance BICs established global risk management framework ensuring it continues to evolve in line with the companys growth and increasing complexity. This role builds on existing ERM foundations to further embed a proactive enterprise-wide risk approach -enhancing governance strengthening risk visibility and integrating risk management into strategic decision-making. You will partner closely with senior leadership and business teams to drive consistency maturity and accountability across all aspects of risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strengthen & Evolve the ERM Framework
Lead the ongoing evolution and maturity of BICs ERM framework tools and policies
Enhance existing methodologies to ensure consistent identification assessment and management of risks globally
Ensure alignment of risk practices with business strategy and organizational priorities
Continuously improve governance processes and standards to reflect best practices
2. Risk Identification Assessment & Prioritization
Oversee enterprise-wide risk identification and assessment processes across functions and geographies
Refine risk evaluation criteria including risk appetite and tolerance levels
Translate risks into actionable insights and prioritized mitigation strategies
Benchmark and continuously improve existing risk management practices
3. Insurance & Business Continuity
Lead andoptimizeinsurance programs and claims management
Ensureappropriate coveragealigned with business needs and risk exposure
Strengthen and integrate business continuity planning across the organization
Support resilience planning to minimize operational disruption
4. Monitoring Reporting & Governance
Enhance risk monitoring processes and ensure effective controls are in place
Provide clear actionable risk reporting to senior leadership and the Board
Strengthen the quality cadence and impact of risk reporting and insights
Ensure alignment between risk management activities and business performance
5. Embed a Risk-Aware Culture
Continue to build and reinforce a strong enterprise-wide risk culture
Drive accountability for risk management across all levels of the organization
Provide education training and guidance to business leaders and teams
Promote proactive risk identification and mitigation as part of daily operations
6. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
Ensure ERM practicesremainaligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes and translate implications for the business
Provide guidance to leadership on risk compliance and governance matters
Maintain strong relationships with key regulatory and external stakeholders as needed
7. Technology & Data Enablement
Enhance andleverageexisting risk management tools and systems
Drive improvements in risk data analytics and reporting capabilities
Partner with IT and data teams to strengthen digital enablement of ERM processes
8. Enterprise Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with business leaders to integrate risk management into decision-making
Coordinate risk activities across functions to ensure alignment and consistency
Support enterprise risk committees and governance forums
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on risk-related matters
Qualifications
Strong experience in Enterprise Risk Management within a global organization
Proven ability to evolve and scale risk frameworks in complex environments
Deep analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect risk to strategic outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence andoperateeffectively at senior leadership levels
