Deputy Nursery Manager - Up to 40000
This Deputy Nursery Manager role is based in a well-established nursery it has extensive outdoor spaces and focus on personalised care for each child. Its a full-time all year round position suited to an experienced Level 3 qualified Deputy Nursery Manager who is confident supporting the day-to-day running of a nursery and maintaining high standards of care compliance and team performance.

What youll need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Proven experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager or in a senior nursery role
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and nursery operations
- Ability to lead a team and make confident operational decisions
What youll do
- Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Lead and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care and practice
- Ensure compliance with EYFS safeguarding and regulatory requirements
- Oversee planning and delivery of activities that support child development
- Build strong working relationships with parents and carers
- Monitor staff performance and contribute to training and development
