Occupational Therapist – West Sussex

Liquid Personnel is supporting its client in recruiting anOccupational Therapistto join a strong and dynamic OT service in Chichester West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for a practitioner who values strengthsbased practice collaborative working and delivering meaningful outcomes for adults across the region.

You will complete highquality assessments develop personalised support plans and work closely with individuals families and carers to promote independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertakestrengthsbased assessmentsin line with relevant legislation
• Manage a varied caseload across the Chichester and Bognor area
• Develop and implementpersoncentred support plansaimed at improving wellbeing
• Identifyeligible needs personalised outcomes and appropriate interventions
• Work collaboratively with individuals families carers and community assets
• Use clinical reasoning to recommend adaptations equipment and reablement pathways
• Contribute to a supportive learning environment with regular professional supervision

What Theyre Looking For

• HCPCregistered Occupational Therapist
• Strong understanding of theCare Actand strengthsbased practice
• Experience completing functional assessments and developing outcomefocused plans
• Confident managing a caseload within a supportive MDT environment
• Ability to work independently while contributing to teamwide goals
