About The Role
The Technician Accounts Receivable must effectively coordinate all aspects of cash and billing processing in support of the business needs. This position will communicate and interact with personnel in meeting receivable needs and functions.
What Youll Do Here
Work with personnel to provide data needed for accurate billing and timely payment; respond to inquiries as needed.
Posts cash and project billing for budgeting and job cost analysis.
Review all invoices for appropriate support and accuracy per contract.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are received timely.
Distribute invoices and statements to sponsors via hard copy or electronically through email or portals.
Work with site supervisor on various job costing projects.
Cross train as a back up to A/P.
What Youll Need to Succeed
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years Accounts Receivables experience
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience using Workday is an advantage.
Strong customer service skills
Effective skillful communication
Attention to Detail
