About the role:

• Work across complex construction disputes including adjudications arbitrations and litigation.
• Be exposed to high-value matters across energy resources and infrastructure sectors.
• Draft pleadings submissions and technical advice on construction law issues.
• Engage directly with clients experts and counsel.

The ideal candidate:

• Have 56 years PQE with strong construction or commercial litigation experience.
• Have prior exposure to construction disputes adjudications or major project work.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Commercially minded with the ability to manage matters autonomously.
