As a Music Therapist You will:
Assess patients functional status musical responses and preferences
Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients meet goals
Deliver music therapy using instruments singing movement and listening
Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly and update care team
Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
Participate in meetings training and quality improvement initiatives
Educate patients families caregivers and staff on treatment plans

Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher in music therapy from an AMTA-approved program
Board-certified (MT-BC) by CBMT
Preferred: 2 years clinical music therapy experience
Valid drivers license with insured reliable vehicle
Strong verbal written communication and organizational skills
Understanding of hospice philosophy and end-of-life issues
