Service Technician, North Bethesda, MD (Aurora & Wentworth Apts.)

Aurora & Wentworth Apts. (LCOR) is currently seeking an skilled Service Technician to join our team! The Service Technician is responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community.

Successful Candidates should possess the following job requirements:

1 to 3 years experience in Community Management

Must be able to lift 25-100 lbs. on a regular basis.

Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Must be available to assist in after-hours emergency situations.

Must be available for night/weekend call duty.

Must be able to work during inclement weather.

Inspect property and report any safety hazards or needed repairs to Service Manager.

Assist with hazardous weather problems fires floods freezing temperatures snow removal etc.

Must accompany vendors in occupied units for services including but not limited to pest control property inspections etc.

Assist office staff with delivery of resident notices.

Must have the knowledge and ability to perform the following duties:

Plumbing repairs

Repair/replace locks smoke alarms

Appliance repairs

Electrical repairs

Roofing inspection/minor roof repairs

HVAC certification required
