Where Youll Make a Difference
Support the Laboratory Manager in coordinating daily activities within the Fragrance Applications Laboratory
Assist technicians with sample preparation and application evaluations ensuring accuracy quality and compliance with procedures
Organize workloads set priorities and align resources with daily and weekly laboratory demand
Contribute to the efficiency and on-time performance of laboratory operations
Manage laboratory supplies and inventories to ensure continuous availability for sample generation
Maintain a safe clean and organized laboratory environment ensuring proper equipment maintenance and functionality
Support hands-on laboratory and application processes related to fragrance development and evaluation
Prepare information for monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and laboratory performance reports
Create improve and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sample preparation application processes and equipment operation
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Industrial Engineering Chemistry or a related field
23 years of experience in a laboratory environment preferably in applications or fragrance-related processes
Knowledge of fragrance application processes and laboratory workflows
Basic to intermediate knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001 ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
Intermediate English proficiency both written and verbal
Strong understanding of laboratory safety practices for people product and equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Strong planning organization and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
