Job Summary
Were looking for a resultsdriven individual with a strong passion for sales a proactive mindset and a tenacious spirit. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills a strong customerservice attitude and the ability to work toward ambitious this role you will be responsible for selling a range of products from our marketleading industrial portfolio to both enduser and OEM customers. You will play a key role in driving topoffunnel activity consistently working toward clear performance objectives and collaborating closely with our Sales Teams.
You will also collaborate with our Customer Service Team during peak periods by handling overflow leads to ensure customers continue receiving timely support. Experience with Salesforce will be considered an advantage. This position reports directly to the Business Development Manager. As one of the first members of the team you will be in a strong position to expand your role and responsibilities as the team grows.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers using persuasive skills to promote our products and services effectively and generate opportunities and revenues.
- Execute nurture follow-up
- Converts and assigns opportunities/ Owns small transactional opportunities
- Research and map target accounts identifying key decision-makers.
- Sign up customers to new service agreements both warranty extension and renewal.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM (Salesforce) ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
- Engage with the Sales Teams through regular pipeline review and feedback sessions to continuously improve opportunity quality.
- Book visits for Sales Teams on high value opportunities.
- Support the Customer Service team with Leads management during peak periods.
