As part of agile consulting-oriented teams you will contribute to end-to-end IT projects while working closely with clients to turn business needs into effective technical solutions.

Based in Athens you will be involved in enterprise-scale implementations gaining hands-on experience across both technology and client interaction while developing into a well-rounded technology professional.

As a Software Engineer/Consultant you will:

• Contribute to all phases of full-cycle IT projects including requirements analysis solution design development testing and deployment
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Design develop and maintain enterprise applications using modern technologies (e.g. C# Java JavaScript TypeScript) and frameworks (e.g. .NET Spring Boot Angular)
• Work across backend and frontend components as well as system integrations within enterprise environments
• Support implementation and customization of enterprise platforms
• Participate in client meetings workshops and presentations contributing to solution discussions
• Assist in identifying improvement opportunities and proposing practical value-driven solutions
• Produce clear technical and functional documentation

Qualifications :

What would make you a strong fit:

• 12 years of professional experience in software development or technology consulting
• A degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect business requirements to technical implementation
• Exposure to a consulting environment and client interaction is a strong plus
• Experience with one or more programming languages such as C# Java JavaScript or TypeScript
• Familiarity with modern frameworks or development practices is considered an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in team environments
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Proactive attitude eagerness to learn and sense of ownership
