As a Security Officer Patrol Response in Seattle WA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy government transportation location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support riders visitors and staff with outstanding customer this unarmed patrol role you will communicate clearly respond to site needs and bring Allied Universals values of agility reliability innovation teamwork and integrity to every shift.

Pay Rate: $29.93 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms stations parking areas buildings and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor access points and public areas assisting with visitor direction screening-related procedures and/or post orders in accordance with location requirements.
• Support transit and government location operations by observing for maintenance issues suspicious activity and/or policy violations then communicating findings through appropriate channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A state county or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
