Restaurant Server | 750 Sign on Bonus!

The Aspenwood Company has opportunities for full time Servers at our Village at the Triangle location an Independent and Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community.

Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Shifts Available:

Full Time 5 on and 2 off

11AM - 7:30PM

Part Time shifts available

$750 Sign on Bonus! ($250 after 30 days $250 after 90 days) for full-time.

The Server is responsible to provide residents and guests a service that exceeds their expectations at all times in our dining room and at functions where food is served. Must desire to work with seniors and have a tolerance for behaviors associated with dementia and other aging processes.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining a high level of customer service for our residents and their guests

• Assists with dish washing and distribution of clean dishes if needed

• Maintains safe and sanitary conditions in working areas

• Maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code

• Completes all assigned cleaning tasks

• Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned

• Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively

• Experience waiting tables in a hotel restaurant or club with fine dining preferred; will train

• Ability to interpret and explain menu refer or answer questions coordinate meal service process and understands requests

• Ability to work in close cooperation with residents and guests
