Communication Coordinator (BtoB International Environment) MFX

At Nemera we are passionate about developing innovative drug delivery solutions that truly make a difference in patients lives. To support our continued growth were looking for a Communication Coordinator M/F/X to join our team in Lyon (HQ Gerland).

Our future Communication Coordinator will support and execute our external communication strategy in a dynamic international and industrial B2B environment.

Reporting to the Global Communications Manager you will play a key role in strengthening brand visibility ensuring message consistency and delivering impactful communication initiatives aligned with business priorities. This is a hands-on execution-focused role close to the business and involving end-to-end project management.

This position is based in our HQ in Lyon Gerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and deploy external communication plans aligned with business objectives
• Translate marketing and commercial priorities into clear communication actions
• Manage key external channels (website social media PR) and ensure consistency of messaging and brand identity
• Lead B2B social media activity (mainly LinkedIn): content creation editorial planning and performance tracking
• Coordinate website content and performance (CMS SEO analytics)
• Act as the communication lead for tradeshows and events (concept messaging coordination)
• Create and manage marketing materials (brochures presentations digital assets)
• Support PR activities newsletters product launches and corporate announcements
• Monitor performance (KPIs) and continuously optimize communication actions

Qualifications :

Profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in external communication in a B2B environment
• Background in an inernational and industrial environment 
• Strong writing storytelling and content creation skills
• Good understanding of digital ecosystems (social media website analytics SEO)
• Hands-on experience with design tools (Canva PowerPoint Adobe basics)
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Autonomous proactive and detail-oriented

Excellent level of English : day-to-day working language
