Quality Assurance Manager
Our team is expanding and we are looking for aQuality Assurance Managerto join the company and contribute their accounting expertise to better organization and the smooth flow of processes.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifies and documents quality-related issues;
- Makes proposals and implements measures in response to quality-related issues;
- Maintains communication and interaction with external auditors and clients in relation to the system;
- Operatively manages the food safety system and monitors and ensures its implementation and compliance;
- Ensures that the initial and ongoing staff training programs and plans are implemented and followed;
- Assists in the development of specific data protection controls and audits including monitoring and oversight to confirm that the necessary corrective actions are taken;
- Establishes an organization for maintaining the required documentation and record-keeping in compliance with the Regulation and local legislation;
- Ensures the updating of processes and documentation for data processing at DSV Road Ltd.;
- Ensures that internal audits are conducted at appropriate intervals follow the predefined program and that the necessary corrective measures are taken;
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience as a Quality manager with knowledge in developing and implementing standards would be considered as an advantage;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Good technical knowledge of MS office;
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to deadlines;
- Very good English language skills.
