Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: 3:45 am - end of shift (50 hours a week)

Responsibilities:
- Direct day-to-day operations and staff
- Oversee and perform all matters related to recycling operations (ex. forklift skid steer front end loader etc.)
- Conduct daily safety meetings and work safely/efficiently in a demanding processing environment
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Present a positive image to internal and external customers assuring the integrity of PWS Inc.
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to plan/schedule work for themselves and their staff
- Previous experience in leading a team; ability to direct staff
- High levels of organization communication computer and writing skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Ability to effectively utilize systems involved in solid waste management hauling and disposal (specific industry experience preferred)
