WHAT THIS ROLE REALLY IS
This is a field-based territory sales role focused on:
- Service Agreements (CSA)
- Parts revenue growth
- Preventing downtime before it happens
- Building long-term customer relationships
You are NOT inside sales
You are NOT order-taking
You are NOT order-taking
You own your territory.

WHAT YOULL DO (DAY-TO-DAY)
- Walk customer sites and identify equipment risk before failure
- Turn service work into long-term maintenance contracts
- Grow parts service revenue across your territory
- Build relationships with operators technicians and leadership
- Prospect new business through daily field activity
Activity Expectations:
- 15 in-person touchpoints/day
- 5 outbound calls/day
COMPENSATION (READ THIS TWICE)
- $40000 Base Salary
- Uncapped Commission (Parts Service Contracts)
- Quarterly performance bonuses
- $800/month auto phone allowance

- Sales experience in industrial parts service or equipment environments
- Mechanical awareness (you can see problems early)
- Comfort with cold outreach field prospecting
- A valid drivers license
- A track record of working independently
