WHAT THIS ROLE REALLY IS

This is a field-based territory sales role focused on:
  • Service Agreements (CSA)
  • Parts revenue growth
  • Preventing downtime before it happens
  • Building long-term customer relationships
You are NOT inside sales
You are NOT order-taking

You own your territory.
You own your results.

WHAT YOULL DO (DAY-TO-DAY)


  • Walk customer sites and identify equipment risk before failure
  • Turn service work into long-term maintenance contracts
  • Grow parts service revenue across your territory
  • Build relationships with operators technicians and leadership
  • Prospect new business through daily field activity

Activity Expectations:
  • 15 in-person touchpoints/day
  • 5 outbound calls/day

COMPENSATION (READ THIS TWICE)

  • $40000 Base Salary
  • Uncapped Commission (Parts Service Contracts)
  • Quarterly performance bonuses
  • $800/month auto phone allowance

  • Sales experience in industrial parts service or equipment environments
  • Mechanical awareness (you can see problems early)
  • Comfort with cold outreach field prospecting
  • A valid drivers license
  • A track record of working independently

  • You prefer inside sales or reactive environments
