Carroll Water is a growing locally owned company seeking a reliable CDL Driver / Laborer to join our team. This role combines commercial driving responsibilities with hands-on labor supporting our water treatment and well drilling operations.

• Operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations
• Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Support field crews with installation setup and general labor tasks
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

• Full-time position
• Typical hours: MondayFriday with occasional overtime as needed
• Home daily (no overnight travel required)

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record
• Ability to meet DOT requirements
• Ability to safely lift and move materials (up to insert weight e.g. 50 lbs as part of job duties)
• Comfortable performing physical hands-on work in outdoor environments
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work as part of a team

Preferred (not required):

• Experience in construction utility or similar field work
• Experience operating equipment or working on job sites
