Job Summary
Parts Driver Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the parts manager wholesale representative inventory control administrator and shipping/receiving staff to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
- Check with the body shop daily to determine parts needs and deliver parts to appropriate technicians.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily deliveries and pick-ups with recipient signatures.
- Unload truck each night turn in all paperwork manage undelivered parts and verify invoices match purchase orders.
- Perform basic truck maintenance including fueling oil checks cleaning and scheduling required inspections; advise parts manager of major repair needs.
- Assist with stocking incoming orders and support the service department with customer vehicle drop-off and pick-up responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain professional appearance and follow all company safety policies reporting accidents immediately to management.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks MVR drug test credit report and valid driver license
