As a key member of the ASD Commercial team this role will help build and scale a modern commercialization engine. You will bring structure to launch planning strengthen cross-functional alignment and help ensure our services are positioned clearly and effectively in the market.Youlldevelop conductcompetitive analysis and create effective marketing programs to drive adoption. This role offers excellent opportunities to build strategic relationships with customers and key opinion leaders while contributing to scientific advances.

You will enable our customers to make the world healthiercleanerand safer byhelping our clients and sponsors to understand howour service offering enables them to deliver life-changing therapies to their patients more quickly.

What will you do:

Key responsibilities include:

• Support implementation of portfolio strategies by developing andmaintainingstructured launch plans and commercialization timelines.

• Drive cross-functional coordination across sales marketing operations and other partners to ensure launch readiness milestones are achieved.

• Develop andmaintaingo-to-market tools templates and documentation to promote consistency and scalability across ASD.

• Contribute to positioning messaging and sales enablement materials in partnership with senior product management andenablementteams.

• Support post-launch performance tracking by monitoring adoption indicators and gathering structured feedback from internal stakeholders.

• Synthesize customer and market inputs to inform commercialization planning and enhance how services are presented to the market.

Requirements:

• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience orBachelors Degreeplus 5 years of experience in product managementmarketingor related commercial experience in life sciences/scientific products industry

• Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences Chemistry EngineeringBusinessor relatedfield

• Additionalcertifications in Product Management or Marketing beneficial

• Demonstrated success managing complex product portfolios and supporting business growth

• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities for forecasting and business planning

• Excellent project management skills with ability to guide cross-functional initiatives

• Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation abilities

• Deep understanding of customer workflows and ability to translate needs into product requirements

• Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful product launches and marketing campaigns

• Experience with product lifecycle management and stage-gate development processes

• Proficiencywith business applications including Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams

• Customer-centric mindset with consultative approach to solution development

• Travel required for customer/site visits and industry events up to 30%

• Additionallanguage skillsbeneficial

• Domainexpertisein relevant scientific/technical areas preferred
