Job Summary
Roles and responsibilities:
- Performs tasks related to SCIP KI ( request receiving and data maintenance; creation of MDS for components that have SVHC>0.1% upload BOMs to iPoint system analysis of SVHC substances in components in iPoint system for creation of material declaration and its upload to CDB; relevant data upload into ECHA etc.
- Executes tasks related to request for information from supplier about prohibited/potentially prohibited substances in goods that they deliver to Kostal ( request receiving and upload of results to Metis for mutual access with relevant colleagues etc.)
- Executes tasks related to informing the suppliers about IMDs update and update of Kostal IMDS recommendations and send the request for IMDS update
- Executes the MDS analysis in I Point related to content of different substances foreseen by EU and other regulations
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- 3 years related experience in multinational environment and Automotive Sector preferred;
- University or college degree in chemistry;
- English- upper-intermediate or higher.
- Advanced user of MS Office;
- As a benefit knowledge of SAP SAP BW CDB
- Advanced communication skills;
- Results-oriented personal leadership and ownership for assigned tasks
Additional Information :
- Providing support to the finance department of the parent company Leopold Kostal GmbH & Co. KG (HFBK) and other companies of the Kostal Group
- Verification and optimization of invoice templates and goods receipt certificates within CC in the READSOFT INVOICES program
- Processing of supplier invoices in the SAP system
