Job Summary
Location:Remote in our day-to-day work. On-site when it matters. We work remote by default focused efficient and with full ownership. For larger features architectural decisions and real brainstorming sessions we come together in Berlin or Cologne fast hands-on and without unnecessary meeting overhead.

Your mission
Build and evolve our developer platforms to enable fast feedback high quality and maximum flexibility.
Design and automate developer platforms that empower teams to move fast and ship with confidence
Integrate modern tools into CI/CD pipelines always with a focus on functional safety and reliability
Take ownership of our GKE / Kubernetes infrastructure on Google Cloud and actively shape it
Harden systems proactively through strong security engineering dont wait for a pen test to find issues
Continuously improve our platform to make development faster safer and more scalable
Your skills
Bring deep expertise in DevOps and take full ownership of the systems you work on.
Must-have:
Bring 5 years of DevOps engineering experience as a builder not an observer
Be an expert in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and confidently work with Kubernetes and Linux
Use Infrastructure as Code Docker/CRI-O and shell scripting as part of your daily toolkit
Own your stack end-to-end no handovers no ticket ping-pong no excuses
Nice-to-have:
Experience with tools like Graylog Grafana Prometheus Python or Jenkins
Experience with Ansible Terraform or AWS
