You will take ownership of Go-To-Market for our digital product portfolio and drive its commercial success. Acting as the bridge between Product Marketing Sales and Customer Success you ensure that product value is clearly positioned effectively communicated and successfully adopted across markets. This role sits at the intersection of Product Marketing and Sales with strong impact on our digital growth revenue contribution and customer adoption.
What Youll Do Your Responsibilities
Shape and further develop our Go-To-Market strategies for digital products
Define product positioning messaging and value propositions
Drive product launches and cross-functional execution together with Product Management Marketing and Sales
Align stakeholders across Product Marketing Sales and Customer Success on GTM plans
Translate customer insights market trends and product capabilities into clear narratives and actions
Create sales enablement materials storytelling assets and demos
Identify target segments and ideal customer profiles (ICP)
Support pricing packaging and commercial models
Support product adoption and growth initiatives across markets
Analyze and optimize market performance funnel metrics and adoption data to optimize Go-To-Market effectiveness
Contribute to building structures processes and best practices in the area of SaaS GTM from scratch
Qualifications :
5 years experience in Product Marketing Go-To-Market or B2C B2B SaaS roles
Experience working in a high paced environment
Strong understanding of SaaS business models customer journeys and GTM strategies
Ability to turn complex products into clear compelling messaging
Experience working cross-functionally with Product Sales Marketing and Customer Success
Hands-on mindset with a drive to build and improve
Strong communication storytelling and analytical skills
Fluent in English is a must German is a big plus
Located in Austria and eligible work permit required
Work with the team 2 days a week (minimum) in the Doka HQ office in Amstetten
Nice to have:
Experience in construction tech or industrial SaaS

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.
We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 47.587- according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
