About the role:
As a member of the Customer Service team you will act as a professional and brand-aligned representative of a global automotive manufacturer. Highly customer-centric in your approach you will champion customer advocacy ensuring positive outcomes that balance customer satisfaction with business objectives.
Your role is built around three core pillars:
- Strong attention to detail you will manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to resolution delivering a seamless and highly personalised experience at every stage.
- You will work autonomously taking ownership of cases and decisions while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- By crafting tailored responses in line with company policy you will strengthen customer relationships build trust and enhance overall brand reputation.
About you:
- Experience in a call centre environment highly regarded
- Automotive experience desirable but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in working well under pressure and multi-tasking
- Self-motivated and a positive attitude
- Ability to think on your feet
- Strong computer literacy
