Commercial Finance Director

Purpose

NEP is looking for a commercially sharp execution-focused Commercial Finance Director to help drive the growth and global scaling of our Connected Solutions business.

In this high-impact role youll partner closely with senior leadership shape key investment decisions and bring structure pace and commercial discipline to a fast-growing international business.

What youll do

• Partner with the President of Connected Solutions to provide insight challenge and decision support
• Lead business cases for strategic initiatives customer opportunities and global expansion
• Drive investment appraisal scenario modelling and risk/return analysis
• Own planning forecasting and performance reporting across the business
• Support entry into new markets with territory-level financial modeling
• Collaborate across sales engineering and leadership to strengthen decision-making
• Establish operating cadence governance and execution across key initiatives

What you bring

• Proven commercial finance leadership experience in complex global environments
• Strong expertise in business cases investment appraisal and financial modelling
• Experience supporting growth scaling or market expansion
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
• Strong P&L ownership forecasting and financial storytelling skills
• Structured proactive mindset with strong execution focus
